The sessions will offer participants a clear and honest introduction to what CELA is, who the Academy is designed for, and what the experience looks like beyond promotional descriptions. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet CELA alumni, hear real stories about how the Academy influenced their professional path and thinking, and ask questions in an open discussion format.

CELA is an international leadership community that connects more than 2,000 professionals across Central Asia, the South Caucasus, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North America. Participation in the CELA Leadership Academy serves as the entry point into this long-term network, where relationships and collaboration often continue well beyond the program itself.

“These sessions are for people who feel they have outgrown their current environment and are ready for deeper conversations, stronger peers, and wider perspectives,” said Eka Grigalava, CELA Executive Director. “It is not about collecting certificates. It is about finding the right circle and taking personal and professional growth seriously.”

The Information Sessions are open to the public and will be especially relevant for professionals who are curious about leadership development, cross-border networks, and long-term community building.
